What makes NutritionCents different
Most nutrition programs fall into one of two categories. Some are automated tools that leave you mostly on your own. Others are expensive one-on-one coaching programs that are difficult to sustain.
NutritionCents is built to sit in the middle. You get live teaching, practical cooking skills, real accountability, useful recipes, a simple tracking dashboard, and support from a founder who has spent decades around healthcare, senior living, nutrition, and community wellness.
This is not another calorie-counting program. It is a practical nutrition and cooking program built around real food, real support, and steady progress.
Built for real life, not perfection
Food choices do not happen in perfect conditions. They happen during long workdays, family routines, stress, travel, cravings, and busy evenings when it is easier to grab whatever is nearby.
Denny Nooner, Jr. built NutritionCents from decades of work in senior living He brings that same practical, personal approach to everyone he works with directly: real food, real guidance, real results — supported by an AI that helps you before you slip, not after. This isn't tracking for its own sake. It's nutrition support built for real life.
The goal is simple: help you become more aware, more consistent, and more confident in the food choices you make every week.
A simple dashboard to support the program
The NutritionCents dashboard is not meant to replace the human side of the program. It is there to support it.
The dashboard gives participants a simple place to log activity, track nutrition-related habits, and see trends over time. It helps you stay honest with yourself and gives the program a practical way to connect what you are learning with what you are doing each week.
As the program develops, the dashboard will continue to improve. For now, the focus is intentionally simple: track progress, support accountability, and help participants stay engaged.
Created from real healthcare experience
NutritionCents was founded by Dennis Nooner, Jr., whose background includes more than 40 years around senior living, healthcare, nutrition, and community wellness.
After seeing people struggle with chronic health issues despite being told to “eat healthy,” Dennis became convinced that most people need more than information. They need practical skills, real food education, accountability, and support that continues after the first burst of motivation fades.
NutritionCents grew from that belief. The program is designed to help people build better habits through live teaching, cooking, community, and simple tools that make progress easier to see.
